Republic Financial Services is a rapidly growing company specializing in helping homeowners understand and exit unfavorable solar lease and PPA agreements. We connect homeowners with experienced consultants who guide them through their options.
We are expanding our outreach team and hiring motivated Appointment Setters to help schedule qualified appointments. This role focuses on setting qualified appointments for our senior solar contract consultants.
This is an in-office, Phoenix-based role.
What You'll Do
- Contact homeowners regarding their existing solar lease or PPA agreements
- Ask qualifying questions to determine fit
- Schedule appointments for senior consultants
- Maintain accurate notes in the CRM
- Follow up with interested prospects
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Semi-monthly draw against commission
- Uncapped earnings, $40,000 - $80,000+ potential
- Performance-based income
Requirements
- Comfortable on the phone
