This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in your daily practice. As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs.
• Developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's circumstances.
• Delivering therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients cope with emotional distress.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation following HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient information is securely managed.
• Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment progress and adjust plans when necessary to improve patient outcomes.
• Providing educational resources and support to patients and families to enhance understanding of mental health conditions and available treatments.
• Staying informed on the latest research and treatment methodologies in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your practice to enhance care quality.
• Managing a full caseload effectively, ensuring that treatment objectives are met in a timely manner.

Your primary focus will be on patients facing end-of-life challenges, including terminal illnesses, mental health crises, and bereavement. You will be working with a diverse client base, providing psychosocial support that is sensitive to cultural and individual differences. The goal is to facilitate a dignified and peaceful transition for patients and their families, making a profound difference during a very vulnerable time.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical practice experience focusing on mental health and psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic alliances.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
