ย Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager

White Plains, NY - Westchester County, NY | Remote + Field-Based
On-target earnings: $125,000+ ($75K base + uncapped bonus)


What You Bring
  • 1-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
  • Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable owning a territory
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools preferred
  • Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services

About the Role

As a Provider Relationship Manager, you'll build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth.

You'll spend 4-5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.


What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices
  • Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach
  • Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners
  • Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve referral experience and access to care
  • Analyze referral trends and prioritize growth opportunities
