This person will lead vendor relationships, application production support, issue escalation, and third party integrations across a user facing technology ecosystem. This is a player-coach role for someone who can lead a small team while remaining actively involved in vendor management and critical issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple technology/software vendor relationships and hold partners accountable to SLAs, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
  • Triage and prioritize application issues based on business and user impact.
