The Dixon Group is looking for an Operations Trainee to join our team! This is a unique rotational program designed for high-potential individuals who possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for professional advancement.

What You'll Do:
  • Participate in a structured rotational program spanning manufacturing, distribution, production tracking, and customer service.
  • Gain a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of global manufacturing workflows, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, evaluate current operating procedures, and recommend innovative process improvements.
  • Interface with clients and internal stakeholders to exceed service expectations while building deep product and market fluency.
  • Take full ownership of strategic special projects and assignments, presenting data and outcomes directly to department leadership.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree is required (degrees in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering are a significant plus)
  • Prior experience in an operations, corporate, or fast-paced business environment is preferred. Strong consideration will be given to equivalent business exposure developed through internships, university capstone projects, or leadership organizations.
  • A strong willingness and physical capability to work dynamically across diverse environments-from the manufacturing shop floor and distribution docks to executive office settings.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills paired with a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
  • High proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite and a strong aptitude for learning new internal enterprise software databases.
