Overview:
Seeking a Software QA Engineer I to support Telecom QA activities, focusing on device management and software certification for Verizon’s network. This role ensures high-quality mobile and wearable experiences through rigorous testing and validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Samsung mobile & wearable devices (OMADM, SDM, FOTA).
- Use Nokia Motive server for SDM/FOTA and device management.
- Certify software packages for Verizon deployment.
- Develop & execute test plans, cases, and automation (Selenium, Appium, Python, Jenkins).
- Perform LTE/5G, regression, integration & OTA certification testing.
- Analyze defects/logs, report issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or related.
- 1–3 years QA/Telecom device testing (internships/projects accepted).
- Hands-on with Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, Python, SQL.
- Knowledge of LTE/5G, SDM, FOTA, OMADM protocols.
