Scope of Position

Responsible for the management, development, and daily operation of subsystems within the Epicor ERP System and associated third party systems. Participates in the analysis, design, and building of new software applications used to integrate with the existing ERP system.

This position reports to the Manager of ERP systems, and is hybrid based in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and repairs functional and technical software problems directly related to the subsystems of the company's ERP system as well as bolt-on software systems that integrate with the ERP system.

  • Performs activities associated with development, design, implementation, operation, delivery and service of the ERP and integrated software systems.

  • Interact with content managers for the purpose of updating existing software applications and creating new applications.

  • Write code and test new applications to ensure business functionality has been achieved.

  • Document procedures and operation methods.

  • Design and maintain database as needed to ensure business functionality is achieved.

  • Prepares test data and executes unit and system tests for technology development.

  • Prepares test data and analyzes program performance during testing.

  • Trains users on new software system functionality.

  • Insure that all IT standards are met.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer related curriculum or equivalent experience.

  • Six or more years of Information Technology experience required.

  • 3 - 5 years' experience/education with the Epicor Kinetic development tool set including BPM, BAQ/UBAQ, Client Customizations, Functions, Application Studio, DMT and Dashboards

  • Experience with ERP Implementations or Kinetic Upgrades Client to Browser

  • Understanding of Epicor's Product Configurators a plus

  • 3 - 5 years' experience/education with SQL, C#/.Net/LINQ, Report Builder, SSMS, SSRS, SQL Query/Views/Procedures, Rest API's, and Integrations.

Working Conditions

While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the Menomonee Falls, WI location three days per week (Monday - Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).
