Microsoft 365 Integrated Testing
  • Lead testing efforts for Microsoft 365 platform changes managed through integrated release management processes.
  • Define, coordinate, execute, and report on end-to-end testing activities across multiple Microsoft 365 services.
  • Review engineering requirements, release documentation, and test plans to determine testing scope and impact.
  • Coordinate testing activities across various technical teams and service owners.
  • Identify testing gaps, risks, and dependencies and proactively drive issue resolution.
  • Escalate critical issues and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
Test Management Execution
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and regression test suites.
  • Manage testing activities using Octane and other testing tools.
  • Upload testing evidence, test results, and supporting documentation.
  • Validate platform functionality, integrations, compliance controls, and user experiences.
  • Lead daily and scheduled regression testing activities.
  • Ensure test scripts remain current with platform changes and new feature releases.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to socialize test findings, spikes, defects, and emerging risks.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and operate independently.
