Job description

We're looking for a Software Test Automation Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and improving product quality through smart, scalable testing solutions. In this role, you'll develop automated test frameworks, validate software and system performance, and work closely with hardware and software engineering teams to deliver highly reliable products.

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated hardware/software systems where you'll have a direct impact on product quality, release confidence, and engineering efficiency.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools
  • Create test strategies that improve software quality and release confidence
  • Verify and validate software functionality, performance, and reliability
  • Collaborate with software, systems, and hardware engineers throughout the development lifecycle
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across integrated hardware and software environments
  • Help drive best practices for automation, test coverage, and quality engineering
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, software development, or a related discipline
  • Experience building automated test frameworks or automation tools
  • Programming experience in Python, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Strong understanding of software verification and validation methodologies
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing environments
  • Ability to test and debug integrated hardware/software systems

  • Embedded software testing experience
  • Experience with scientific instrumentation, industrial equipment, or complex engineered systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr.
