In this leadership role, you'll play a key part in guiding tax professionals and ensuring clients receive accurate, efficient, and friendly tax preparation services. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support tax preparation staff to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality service
  • Train, mentor, and develop tax preparers on current tax laws, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow during peak tax season
  • Review completed tax returns for accuracy and IRS compliance
  • Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and escalated tax-related issues professionally
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to drive productivity

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in tax preparation, accounting, or a related financial field
