You'll be joining at a pivotal moment as we launch a new end-to-end logistics platform, bringing together transportation, warehousing, trade compliance, Implementation and visibility into one unified product suite.
  • Contribute to shaping how the product is positioned and demonstrated in a new market.

  • Work directly with Software and Product teams to influence design and build features that address the unique challenges of North American supply chains.

  • Act as a bridge between customer needs and product innovation, helping to validate new functionality through early customer engagements.

  • Play a key role in scaling our presales motion for a product that is not just an evolution, but a ground-up new software platform.

  • This role offers a unique blend of customer-facing solution design and product-building influence, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities by understanding customer business challenges, supply chain workflows, and technical environments, helping move deals forward through the sales cycle.

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to executive and technical stakeholders, clearly articulating business value and expected outcomes.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert (SME) during presales engagements, guiding customers on best practices and how the solution can support their supply chain processes.

  • Support the full sales cycle, including discovery, validation, and customer POCs, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and solution capabilities.

  • Develop and communicate business value metrics and KPIs with customers to quantify the expected impact of the solution on their supply chain operations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and validated during the presales process.

  • Conduct market research including competitive analysis, trend analysis, and customer needs analysis, sharing insights from presales engagements to help inform product positioning and provide feedback to the team for the North American market.

  • Play a key role in scaling our product presales motion, driving sales outcomes, and supporting the team in closing deals.

  • Help develop business value metrics and KPIs with customers, quantifying the expected impact of the solution and ensuring outcomes are clearly measured.

  • Support RFP/RFI responses by providing clear technical and functional content as needed during the sales cycle.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes (transportation, warehousing, trade compliance, order management, etc.).

  • Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, or related enterprise platforms; including hands on Implementation and integration experience a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex solutions into business value.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial setting-building processes, collaborating across regions, and wearing multiple hats.

  • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 35%.
