Job description

An industry-leading general contractor specializing in water and wastewater is seeking a Project Manager to support municipal projects.
This role owns the full project P&L and is responsible for technical execution, margin protection, and client management across the project lifecycle.
- Lead project budgets, procurement, RFIs, change orders, billing, and field coordination
- Oversee punch lists, finalize financials, produce closeout documentation, and conduct post-project reviews
- Must have at least 3 years of project management experience with municipal contracting background.
- Must have proficiency in managing various project delivery methods, including Design-Bid, Design-Build, and CMAR
- Must have experience utilizing construction ERP/accounting systems (Foundation preferred), scheduling software (P6/MS Project), and digital takeoff/markup tools (Bluebeam)
