As CREATE. continues to evolve and grow, we are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our team located in Calgary. If you have the construction experience and skills to help build diverse commercial and light-industrial projects, as well as the desire to grow we want you to apply!

The Project Manager Construction is responsible for overseeing multiple projects of varying size and scope at one time. The primary responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of all construction management efforts, from preconstruction through project closeout. As part of this role, a successful Project Manager is well-rounded in the areas of budgeting, field operations, safety, quality control, and scheduling.

What were looking for on the resume:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related engineering or construction management program
  • 3 - 5 Years construction experience of managing projects exceeding $5,000,000
  • PMP or similar designation is an asset
  • Previous project scheduling software experience (Microsoft Projects is an asset)
  • Written communication and flow (as evidenced ideally with a cover letter and how you structure your resume)
