Job description

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working collaboratively. This position will work closely with project managers, field teams, and internal departments to ensure alignment, efficiency, and project success.
Key Responsibilities
• Support Project Managers in day-to-day coordination of construction projects
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely communication and execution
• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Assist with procurement activities and ensure materials are aligned with project timelines
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items for follow-up
• Maintain organized project files and ensure documentation is up to date
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to support project progress
• Identify potential issues and proactively escalate or assist in resolving them
• Support project closeout activities, including documentation and turnover packages
Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
