They facilitate regular meetings, such as stand-ups or sprint reviews, to ensure everyone is on the same page and that priorities are being met. By acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, Program Managers help ensure that quality standards are maintained while deadlines are achieved. Effective communication and proactive issue resolution are key aspects of their collaboration with these teams.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a software program manager?

To thrive as a Software Program Manager, you need expertise in project management, software development life cycles, and a relevant degree, often complemented by experience in leading technical teams. Description

About the Role

Bio-One Inc. is the nation's leading biohazard and crime scene remediation franchise. We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused National Accounts Program Manager to join our team. In this mid-level role, you will own a portfolio of national accounts - building deep partnerships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving long-term retention and growth. You will serve as the escalation point of contact for our call center and customers, and work closely with the Director of Sales on renewals and contract management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of national accounts, building trust and long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute account plans that drive retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction
  • Act as the primary escalation point of contact for both the call center and customers, resolving complex issues with urgency, professionalism, and care
  • Partner with the Director of Sales on contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and legal coordination to protect and grow account value
  • Use HubSpot and job management software to track KPIs, monitor account health, manage workflows, and surface insights to leadership
  • Lead regular business reviews with clients to present performance metrics, gather feedback, and align on goals
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies before issues escalate
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, franchise partners, and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Represent Bio-One at customer events and industry functions as needed (light travel required)

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, program management, or a related client-facing role
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing large or complex accounts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both frontline contacts and executive stakeholders
  • Experience serving as an escalation point or handling sensitive customer situations with professionalism
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM; experience with job management or field service software is a plus
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable using data to tell a story and drive decisions
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments and with franchise partners

Nice to Have

  • Background in biohazard remediation, restoration, emergency services, or a related field
  • Familiarity with franchise business models
  • Experience supporting contract renewals and working alongside legal or sales leadership

Why Join Us?

  • We offer a flexible, supportive work environment where you can make a meaningful impact on franchisees' success. Our benefits include:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Insurance
  • Supplemental Life Insurance
  • Generous Paid Time Off
  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven company

About Bio-One Inc.

Bio-One is more than a cleanup company - we restore peace of mind for individuals, families, and communities in their most difficult moments. With a network of franchise owners across the country, we are mission-driven, values-led, and growing. Join a team that takes its work seriously and supports one another every step of the way.
