The Program Manager (Contingent) will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic objectives. This role requires experience managing software programs and sufficient technical fluency to understand software solutions, integrations, dependencies, implementation requirements, and potential risks. The individual should be able to work effectively with engineering and other technical teams and translate technical information into clear business requirements and decisions.
The ideal candidate is highly agile, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. They should be proficient in using Codex and other AI tools to accelerate planning, analysis, documentation, and execution. Strong ownership, sound judgment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The individual will be expected to communicate clearly with stakeholders, proactively resolve blockers, and drive work through completion.
