Job description

  • Lead products from discovery through launch, including problem definition, feature scoping, prioritization, and partnership with engineering and design
  • Develop understanding of internal customers through direct engagement and research
  • Maintain a prioritized roadmap across concurrent workstreams
  • Make product decisions based on user research, business context, technical feasibility, and ROI
  • Define and track outcomes
  • Partner on software strategy and inform product direction
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across project analysis, business development, asset management, and engineering
  • Leverage AI to improve productivity and incorporate AI capabilities into products
  • Drive internal AI adoption across the organization
  • Steer the ISO certification program with external consultants
  • Coordinate cybersecurity priorities with IT and Engineering
  • Coordinate product releases and provide user demos and training
  • Contribute to team standards and improve PM operations
Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management experience in an early or growth-stage B2B environment
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple product areas and competing priorities
  • Self-directed ability to operate in a lean team
  • AI fluency and experience using AI tools
  • Ability to take on program management or cross-functional coordination responsibilities
  • Good understanding of software technologies, cybersecurity, and development
  • Industry experience in energy, utilities, or closely related infrastructure sectors
  • Nice to Have: experience with distributed energy resources, utility tariffs and rate structures, and grid services
  • Nice to Have: experience with security compliance or certifications such as ISO or SOC 2
  • Nice to Have: experience with data center operations or infrastructure
