Job description

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Operations Manager with proven commercial cleaning experience who can lead teams in the field, enforce high standards, solve problems quickly, and drive operational performance across multiple accounts.
This is not a desk-only management role. We need a leader who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing commercial cleaning operations in the field.
Responsibilities:
  •  Lead daily operations across multiple commercial cleaning accounts.
  •  Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance.
  •  Hold field teams accountable for attendance, performance, and service standards.
  •  Address operational issues and implement corrective actions immediately.
  •  Train and support cleaning staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
  •  Build strong client relationships and resolve concerns professionally.
  •  Monitor staffing, workflow efficiency, and overall service performance.
  •  Support operational improvements and maintain company standards.

Required Qualifications:
  •  3–5 years of hands-on operations management experience in commercial cleaning REQUIRED.
  •  Proven experience managing commercial cleaning crews in the field.
  •  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  •  Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols.
  •  Ability to manage multiple locations in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cleaning management software preferred.
  •  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record REQUIRED.
  •  Must successfully pass a background check.

Compensation & Schedule:
  •  $60,000–$65,000 annually.
  •  Monday–Friday schedule.
  •  Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
