TheDelivery Leadis accountable for the successful planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of software initiatives across the Software Operations organization. This role serves as the primary owner of delivery outcomes, ensuring alignment between business priorities, stakeholder expectations, and engineering execution. The focus of this position is to drive predictable and efficient delivery whilemaintainingoperational excellence, production stability, and alignment with strategic businessobjectives.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for managing delivery commitments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring transparency into feature progress, risks, dependencies, and operational performance. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize work,facilitateexecution, and remove obstaclesimpactingdelivery. Additionally, you willmonitorkey performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and production health to ensure reliable and scalable service delivery. You will analyze complex challenges, leverage data-driven and AI-enabled insights to improve decision-making and forecasting, and communicate delivery status, risks, and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders across the organization. As the organization grows, you will helpestablishflexible, scalable delivery practices that support continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and successful execution in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of software features, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

  • Partner with stakeholders to align business priorities, roadmap objectives, and delivery commitments.

  • Monitor feature development progress and proactivelyidentifyrisks, issues, and blockers.

  • Coordinate and manage cross-team and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Oversee backlog health and ensure work is prioritized, refined, and ready for development.

  • Support andmonitorsprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Track sprint execution metrics and drive process improvements.

  • Monitor production stability and collaborate with engineering teams to address operational risks and incidents.

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery performance and service health.

  • Monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance and drive corrective actions when needed.

  • Establish andmaintaindeliverydashboards, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.

  • Develop and evolve delivery practices, frameworks, and operating models that enable the organization to scale efficiently as business needs grow.

  • Drive delivery transformation initiatives that improve agility, predictability, quality, and speed to market.

  • Establish flexible delivery processes that adapt to changing priorities, emerging business opportunities, and evolving customer requirements.

  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve delivery planning, forecasting, risk identification, dependency management, and operational reporting.

  • Leverage AI-powered analytics toidentifydelivery risks, performance trends, and optimization opportunities.

  • Champion adoption of automation and AI-driven workflows that enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, learning, and responsible AI adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+years' experienceleading complex software delivery programs in Agile and Scrum environments.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management.

  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage dependencies.

  • Experience developing and reporting delivery metrics, KPIs, and operational performance measures.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.

Estimated base salary range: $77,100 - $118,600 USD/annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.


Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
