As an Operations Manager, you\'ll own the success of an assigned territory by ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong provider performance, and long-term customer satisfaction. You\'ll build relationships, solve problems, and drive operational excellence that helps retain customers and grow the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and making an impact every day.


What You\'ll Do

  • Own the operational performance of your assigned territory
  • Build strong relationships with customers and service providers to ensure exceptional service
  • Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for territory growth
  • Support provider performance, accountability, and territory coverage
  • Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
  • Analyze performance metrics and use data to improve results
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve operations


What You Bring

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as CRM, ERP, or project management software
