Job description

About Windsor

Windsor Solutions builds software that helps government agencies protect our air, water, land, and natural resources. Since 1998, we have helped environmental agencies solve complex problems and work more effectively.

We are a growing team of smart, curious people who value autonomy, practical problem solving, and good ideas from anywhere in the organization. We care about the work we do and give people room to make an impact.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex software implementations for our government clients. You will own projects from kickoff through launch, build strong client relationships, and lead cross functional teams through challenging work. This is a role for someone who can bring clarity to complexity, make good decisions, and keep people moving in the same direction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead software implementation projects from kickoff through launch
  • Build trusted relationships with clients
  • Own project plans, budgets, scope, risks, and timelines
  • Lead cross functional teams and remove roadblocks
  • Navigate tough conversations and competing priorities
  • Keep clients and internal teams informed and aligned
  • Help us continuously improve how we deliver projects

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years leading software implementation projects
  • Experience in consulting or client facing delivery
  • Strong project ownership and a track record of delivering results
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Comfortable working with both clients and technical teams
  • Able to bring structure to ambiguity without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable making decisions

Experience with government agencies, environmental software, Agile, Jira, or a PMP is a plus.

Why Windsor?

Meaningful work. Smart people. Real autonomy. Complex problems worth solving.

If you want to lead work that matters and have a real voice in how it gets done, we'd love to talk.

Equal Opportunity Employer

Windsor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
