  • You are pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related major at an accredited college/university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028

  • You have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Hands-on experience in professional software engineering by working alongside application and platform development teams, participating in Agile development practices, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, and learning modern engineering principles such as CI/CD and test-driven development

Salary Range:
Salary is $35.00 USD per hour
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits.
