Join AISIN as a Maintenance Intern and learn hands-on troubleshooting, equipment repair, and industrial maintenance from experienced technicians. If you're the type of person who likes figuring out how things work, enjoys working with your hands, and wants to build valuable technical skills, this opportunity is for you.
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Intern, you'll work alongside experienced maintenance professionals to support production equipment reliability and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with preventive and predictive maintenance activities
  • Supporting equipment repairs and troubleshooting efforts
  • Learning mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance techniques
  • Participating in root cause investigations and continuous improvement projects
  • Assisting with equipment inspections, maintenance documentation, and repair records
  • Supporting spare parts inventory and maintenance organization efforts
  • Helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
  • Gaining exposure to industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, and maintenance best practices
