Job Description

· Lead and manage building automation integration projects for enterprise-level customers

· Identify resources, budgetary needs, and project scope for projects of varying size and complexity.

· Execute projects through effective scheduling, delegation, and coordination with specialists, technicians, and engineers

· Serve as the primary technical liaison for field teams and communicate regularly with the Operations Manager/ COO to ensure alignment.

· Hands-on integration, troubleshooting, commissioning, and optimization of BAS systems.

· Identify sales opportunities and coordinate with Account Managers for add-ons, service contracts, and new project opportunities with new and existing clients.

Key Requirements

· Minimum 5 years progressive experience in BAS integration, HVAC systems, or project management within the controls industry.

· Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC and BAS systems

· Niagara N4 TCP certification is highly preferred
