Summary:
Seeking a Project Manager with experience leading technology and business transformation initiatives. The role will manage software development, system implementation, and business process improvement projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects through the SDLC using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinate with business, technology, and leadership teams
  • Track project status, risks, issues, and deliverables
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, testing, training, and solution deployment
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and project updates
  • Support project governance, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in Project Management
  • Experience managing multiple projects across the SDLC
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and PMBOK methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred:
  • PMP, SAFe, or Agile Certification
  • Experience with business transformation, software implementation, and process optimization projects.
