Department
The Bureau of the Comptroller and Global Financial Services (CGFS), Department of State (DoS) requires the contractor to provide Administrative Implementation Analyst services for proprietary Department of State proprietary software implementations managed by the Implementation Team. The Implementation Team is in the Office of Global Customer Engagement. The Global Office of Customer Engagement is responsible for customer help desk services, knowledgebase management and training, training development and delivery for overseas financial operations, system implementation training and support and payroll customer support for American employees and retirees. This position reports to the Overseas Implementation Project Manager.
Minimum/General Requirements:
  • Must have a four-year degree from an accredited university or college in accounting or a related field such as business administration and three (3) years of relevant professional experience supporting the design, development, analysis, testing, or implementation of client-server based financial systems similar in size, complexity, and scope to the DoS systems.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience with some of the systems and technical environments supporting DoS, performing help desk support for large, complex financial implementations and knowledge of Federal accounting/financial management policies, operations, procedures and business process/requirements.
  • Utilizes DoS approved AI-enabled tools, when authorized, to assist with data analysis, documentation, quality reporting, and process improvement while ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all work products

Job Responsibility:
  • The incumbent will assist in the gathering of users and other post data for each post implementation as well as providing information to others as needed.
  • The incumbent will provide administrative support services for all overseas Implementation team members to include travel documents, etc.
  • The incumbent will oversee the preparation of training materials, maintaining supply inventory, and other general administrative support functions.
  • The incumbent will maintain test training content.
  • The incumbent will maintain schedules as well as other general functions.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for tracking implementation tasks and ensure implementations are on schedule via the established implementation process.
  • The incumbent will be part of the Technical Assist team and backup for moderating State Talks (Lunch and Learns
  • The incumbent will also be responsible for other duties, as assigned
  • The incumbent must be detail oriented and can communicate effectively amongst team members, client, and external customers.

Additional Information:
To be hired, the candidate must reside in the state of South Carolina. This position supports a government contract and is subject to the government agency rules and management. All contractors supporting the Department of State must be able to either possess or obtain a security clearance of Secret. Employees shall remain in their current position for at least one year before applying for another job within the company or contract.
Work Schedule
To be hired, the candidate must reside in the state of South Carolina. This position supports a government contract and is subject to the government agency rules and management.
Currently, after initial onboarding, training, and performance milestones,a partial telework schedule can be approved for your work flexibility, subject to client requirements. Work hours are 40 hours per week between the hours of 6:15 am - 6:00 pm. Core working hours are 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Work Schedule is defined based on the work requirements of our client's division, Global Financial Services. The contract has a non-compensated, 45-minute lunch Monday through Friday.
Additional hours may be required and must be authorized by your Project Manager and DoS Management, and often the work requires shifts outside of CGFS core hours to accommodate working with other time zones (this team services the world vs a region)
