As an Implementation Specialist, you will:

    • Lead and execute multiple complex implementation projects, including large-scale projects. 
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring successful outcomes. 
    • Perform on-site and remote installation, configuration, and customer training.  
    • Oversee the implementation of advanced system configurations and technical integrations. 
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders. 
    • Conduct high-level customer satisfaction, ensuring users are proficient in system functionality. 
    • Communicate effectively across internal departments and external third-party vendors to drive project success. 
    • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success, conducting Root Cause Analysis and documenting lessons learned. 
    • Handle escalations independently, resolving complex issues and making real-time project decisions. 
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including customer records, task statuses, and progress reports. 
    • Continuously enhance product knowledge and industry expertise to support customer needs effectively. 
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices to optimize implementation efficiency. 
    • Provides support in people development.  

Requirements

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).  
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with executive stakeholders.  
  • 2-4 years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on complex or large-scale projects. 
  • Software life cycle knowledge 
  • Aptitude to quickly become a TCP systems expert.  
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges. 
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines. 
  • Strong technical acumen, with experience in system integrations, database structures, and technical troubleshooting. 
  • Experience with accounting, payroll, or workforce management systems (preferred).  
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Databases, Microsoft Server operating systems, cloud-based software solutions (SaaS), and networking a plus.  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight and weekends.
