Description

Actalent is seeking a Siemens PLM Application SME to support the implementation and optimization of Siemens Teamcenter and related digital manufacturing platforms. This individual will serve as a technical leader, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and implementation stakeholders to drive successful deployment and long-term platform adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead technical implementation activities related to Siemens Teamcenter and associated PLM solutions.

Drive workflow definition, business process mapping, and system configuration efforts.

Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and Siemens implementation partners.

Support implementation planning, readiness activities, testing, and go-live execution.

Develop best practices for product lifecycle management, engineering change management, and data governance.

Assist with integrations between Siemens applications and other enterprise systems.

Create technical documentation, governance standards, and training materials to drive long-term adoption.

Support environments containing ITAR and CUI-controlled information.

Qualifications

Experience implementing, administering, or optimizing Siemens Teamcenter or comparable PLM systems.

Strong understanding of PLM workflows, configuration management, product structures, and engineering processes.

Experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Siemens Teamcenter experience strongly preferred.

Experience with Windchill, Aras, ENOVIA, Arena, or other enterprise PLM platforms will also be considered.

Career Opportunity

The initial focus will be supporting implementation, workflow design, and deployment activities. Long-term, the successful candidate may evolve into the primary owner of the PLM environment, responsible for future enhancements, integrations, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pocasset, MA.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
