The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is seeking an AI Implementation & Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and expansion of artificial intelligence solutions across the organization. This role will work closely with leadership and staff to identify opportunities for AI, improve business processes, manage technology projects, and support the successful adoption of AI tools that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CMHA's AI strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead AI and digital transformation projects from planning through implementation.
  • Partner with departments to improve workflows using AI technologies.
  • Coordinate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop AI governance, policies, training, and best practices.
  • Lead change management efforts and promote user adoption.
  • Measure project outcomes, including cost savings, productivity improvements, and return on investment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
