Job Summary:
LogicMonitor is a company dedicated to creating a culture of trust and customer obsession. They are seeking a Professional Services Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of customer engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities:
• Guide customers through the implementation journey by developing and managing project plans that align with customer objectives, technical requirements, and business goals.
• Establish project structure, facilitate collaboration across customer and internal teams, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle, including interactions with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by providing proactive guidance, facilitating decision-making, managing expectations, and helping customers navigate risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate and oversee project milestones, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget while identifying and addressing risks, issues, and blockers.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and a seamless customer experience.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project delivery methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices to drive greater consistency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2–4 years of experience managing software, SaaS, infrastructure monitoring, observability, IT operations, or enterprise technology projects, preferably within a customer-facing implementation or professional services environment.
• Working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices, with demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage technical and business audiences, including customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex customer environments, proactively address challenges, and drive projects to successful outcomes.
• Familiarity with modern collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Mavenlink, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused, service-oriented mindset.
Preferred:
• PMP, CAPM, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or equivalent project management certifications are preferred but not required.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, AI-assisted workflows, AI-powered operational platforms, or AIOps concepts is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with LogicMonitor's Edwin AI capabilities and the application of AI to improve operational efficiency, observability, and customer outcomes is a plus.
