The Psychiatric Services Program Manager is responsible for successful day-to-day clinical operations and delivery of quality services across in-person and virtual care settings. The Psychiatric Services Manager assesses practice and develops training plans to develop clinical staff competencies and skills. The Psychiatric Services Manager works with site managers, clinical and admin leadership to manage scope of work being performed by medical assistants, RNs and other clinical staff support positions. The Psychiatric Services Manager works with leadership to support implementation of quality improvement initiatives and improve patient experience and outcomes, care coordination, and access to services through both onsite and telehealth platforms. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday and is a traveling position to all clinical sites along with providing virtual site to site support.
Essential Job Functions

Works with leadership to develop program policies, procedures, workflows, and training to support department functioning, tailoring to site needs.
Works with Integration Director and Clinical Directors to ensure accurate and timely documentation, data entry and validation, and reporting for grants, State, and tracking of program outcomes.
Ensures that care coordination activities, including specialty care and social services, are implemented efficiently and in a timely manner, and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Participates in community groups regarding patient education, safety, emergency preparedness, disease prevention, etc.
Taking full advantage of software capabilities, prepares management and financial reports, studies, collects patient statistics as requested and required, and assists in preparation of other comprehensive reports as requested.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in social work, health care administration, public health or related field required, master's preferred.
Five years of prior experience in project and/or clinical management position required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience in behavioral health or related setting required.
Experience with process design, change management, and staff training preferred.
Prior experience with EHR and MS Office preferred.
