MUST HAVES:



  • MINIMUM 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise healthcare IT application implementation projects within a large healthcare system.



  • Need to have worked at a large healthcare SYSTEM similar to BJC (a healthcare company is not necessarily a SYSTEM)


  • Experience leading enterprise application implementations, system integrations, upgrades, or optimization projects.

  • Strong stakeholder management experience working with executives, business leaders, physicians, clinical teams, and technical teams.

  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into project plans.

  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, risks, timelines, resource planning, and vendor relationships.

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

  • Proficiency with 365 and project management tools such as Project, ServiceNow, Visio, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to work independently, drive projects forward, and build strong relationships across the organization.


Rate: $60-65/hr
