Job Summary:
Merge IT is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Project Manager to work onsite in Cary, NC. The role involves managing service delivery for the Quote/Proposal Management Application and acting as a proxy Product Owner/Application Manager, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
• Review upcoming business change requests with multiple businesses.
• Document details of IT changes that will be occurring for the product.
• Coordinate and resolve gaps in information and prioritize the execution of changes along with the Business.
• Organize changes in sprints with the implementing teams.
• Proactive Communication of timelines of changes and upcoming releases.
• Manage the timely delivery of work with multiple teams.
• Identify and escalate Risk/delays proactively.
• Make sure all agreed documentation and sign offs are captured as per internal IT process.
• Coordinate Release management, test management, and change management in Azure DevOps.
• Manage Upgrade (Test / validation) of the application to next version of Service Now.
• Provide daily operational support to the Product Owner.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience implementing ServiceNow (not user level experience)
• Candidates local to Cary, NC, who are comfortable working onsite a few days a week (probably 3-4)
• Experience managing medium to large sized projects in Agile or Hybrid way
• Working experience in a large multinational, geographically diverse environment
• Experience with ServiceNow based application development
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
