As aLead Project Manager,you will be responsible for end-to-end management ofsuccessful client software implementation and integration projects, including the administration of contractual deliverables and timelines for complex projects of all sizes. You will build strongrelationshipswith clientswhile seamlesslyimplementingWorkForce Software's (WFS) suite of products,ensuring that yourclientsare set up for long-term success.Even more, you'llmake animmediateimpactonceWorkForce'sservices are deliveredonthe day-to-day lives ofyour clients'employees.

Youwillspendmost ofyour dayperforming project control activities for complex projects. You will be responsible for establishing and managing customers' expectations, changes or gaps in delivery and mitigate issues that may interfere with project success. Still, every day will be different becauseyou will meet clientswithin differentgeographies andindustries. Thesolutionsyou provide will differ based on the clients' unique needs. What you'll do:

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Exhibit honesty and compassion for customers' needs
  • Manage the creation, execution and analysis of project change orders and Scope of Work documents, including their estimates
  • Create internal reporting and analysis for financial profitability across multiple complex projects
  • Collaborate internally by possessing an effective, diplomatic, and influential communication style to achieve support while implementing positive and successful change initiatives.
  • Cultivate innovation,confidence and trust.
  • Support associates with skills required for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • 8+ years of project management experience working with external customers
  • 8+ years project management experience with enterprise software implementations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset required to rapidly shift focus and respond to ever-changing conditions
  • Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred
  • Knowledge of software development process and cycle
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel.
  • Associates that lives near an ADP or WorkForce Software office would be expected to work a hybrid work model.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
