Job Summary

The Senior Test Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through the development and execution of comprehensive test plans. This position collaborates closely with project stakeholders to define testing scope, goals, and deliverables, ultimately driving improvements in testing methodologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate With Clients And Team Members To Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions, Understanding Design Specifications, Identifying Performance Concerns, And Ensuring Appropriate Test Environments Using Python-Based Testing Frameworks Are Maintained And Optimized.
  2. Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices In Python And Automation Frameworks To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Process.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
