About the Team

The Implementation team at Canva plays a pivotal role in enabling customers to unlock the full value of Canva Enterprise. We help organizations streamline workflows, maintain brand consistency, accelerate campaign launches, and foster design independence-all while ensuring security and scalability.

As part of this dynamic global team, you'll drive user engagement and adoption, with a goal of having at least 80% of users actively creating designs in Canva. Together, we make implementation a key differentiator that deepens customer success.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Canva's Global Implementation team as a foundational member. You'll partner with enterprise and strategic customers for 3-4 months to lead smooth, value-driven implementations-from product configuration and tailored training to driving user adoption and engagement.

As a product expert and trusted advisor, you'll ensure customers are empowered, confident, and fully equipped to design and grow with Canva-directly contributing to our shared success and mission.

What you'll do

  • Become a Canva product expert - Be the go-to resource for customers within 30 days. Lead complex enterprise onboardings, ensuring customers realize the full value of Canva's platform.
  • Partner 1:1 with clients - Develop tailored rollout frameworks that align Canva's best practices with each customer's business structure and goals. Ensuring a smooth and successful Canva launch for an evolving set of customers.
  • Drive customer timelines and adoption - Understand customer business needs, align them with Canva's best practices, and ensure strong product engagement.
  • Co-build implementation processes - Collaborate to refine processes and best practices, ensuring team success.
  • Understand customer use cases - Work closely with teams like Customer Education and Product to improve our Help Center and product experience.
