Position Specific Description
We are in search of a dynamic Assistant to provide administrative support to the EverBright team and EverBright senior leaders who focus on challenging, cutting-edge growth initiatives for the company. In this fast-paced role you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks with varying priorities including but not limited to, organizing travel and accommodations, managing schedules and appointments, employee engagement initiatives, supply ordering and management, expense reporting as well as other general office administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be diligent at solving problems, strong attention to detail, experience interacting with top level executives both internally and externally, must exercise high level of confidentiality, demonstrate superior communication skills (both written and verbal), have a bias for action and a positive attitude.
We are seeking a highly organized individual who actively contributes to a positive, team centric environment, possesses detail-oriented work habits and can function seamlessly as a critical team member with limited direction.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Actively manage multiple schedules and appointments
• Arrange travel & prepare itineraries
• General office administrative duties
• Coordinate support with the team of other administrative professionals
• Proactively complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned
