Engineering Internship - Hands-On Experience in Cutting-Edge Manufacturing!

Join our Technical/Engineering Team in Milwaukee, WI, and make a measurable impact on our manufacturing facility. This internship goes beyond observation-you'll be actively involved in improving processes, supporting manufacturing, and contributing to projects that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
What You'll Do:
  • Drive Innovation - Support continuous improvement initiatives within rubber manufacturing processes, including molding and secondary operations.
  • Be a Key Player - Assist with new equipment installations, process changes, and project launches, helping integrate improvements into day-to-day operations.
  • Design for Efficiency - Help design and refine workspaces with a focus on ergonomics, material flow, safety, and productivity.
  • Gain Hands-On Experience - Spend time on the production floor and in the office, applying engineering principles to real manufacturing challenges in a rubber production environment.

What We're Looking For:
Education - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline.
Required Skills - Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Strong problem solving skills and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
