  • Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to implement secure-by-design platform capabilities and ensure alignment to enterprise security standards.
  • Own engineering roadmaps, delivery priorities, and platform modernization initiatives within your technology domain.
  • Lead the development of automated solutions for image creation, validation, release management, configuration management, and operational controls.
  • Evaluate and communicate the impact of operating system and security baseline changes across business applications, infrastructure services, and partner integrations.
  • Establish governance, controls, and measurable outcomes related to software quality, reliability, maintainability, and operational performance.

  • Experience leading engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and supporting large-scale platform or infrastructure services.
  • Deep expertise in Linux and UNIX operating systems, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
  • Strong experience with software development lifecycle practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and release management.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or equivalent technologies.

  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, and image lifecycle management solutions.
  • Familiarity with secure software supply chain practices including artifact signing, software bill of materials (SBOM), provenance validation, and policy-driven controls.
  • Experience operating within highly regulated environments with strong audit, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Experience designing and supporting globally distributed technology platforms.
