Job description

  • Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Low Voltage controls and maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of Amusement equipment / "video games" repair and maintenance is preferred
  • Knowledge of Audio, Video, T.V. and Control circuits repair and maintenance
  • Knowledge and Experience in repair of mechanical and electronic systems
  • The Ability to work alone on any given project without assistance from the senior watch or lead person in that Dept.
  • Must possess high school diploma, 
  • Ability to read, write and speak and understand English. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires ability to stand for long periods of time, being mobile 90% of the shift, frequent bending and stooping
  • Work is performed on Midway and Work area may be unusually crowded or noisy at times.  Contact with staff and the public is necessary.  Work is performed in small areas, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, crowded and dimly lit.  Work entails chemical usage.
  • May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise and bright lights.
  • Requires climbing ladders and stairs.  It can require transport, pushing, pulling and maneuvering large loads weighing up to 100 lbs.  Be able to lift over 60 lbs. and climb ladders over 12 feet. 
  • Requires hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity. 
  • Requires use of hand and power tools. 
  • Requires normal sense of smell, touch, and sound. 
  • Requires normal vision range and absence of color blindness. 
  • Requires the ability to distinguish letters and symbols. 
  • Requires regular and predictable attendance.
  • Reports to Midway Director and Managers

GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS:  Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech - both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility, which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

  • Maintenance and repair of all Midway and Arcade games, equipment, and systems.
  • Maintenance of lighting fixtures in game areas, individual units and back areas.
  • Application of knowledge of repair and troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and electronic problems
  • Repairing, installing, modifying, and sometimes removing mechanical, electrical, electronic and plumbing, equipment, circuits, and fixtures.
  • Knowledge and experience in repairing electronics
  • Knowledge and experience to perform preventive maintenance.
  • Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in High-Rise Hotel Casinos or other commercial properties.
  • Must have the ability to work alone on any given project without assistance from the senior watch or lead person in that Department.
  • Respond to management and redemption game maintenance and guest service calls.
  • Moving or installing machinery / games and equipment
