  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Engineer I-IV staff, including design reviews and development feedback.
  • Communicate project status, technical issues, and risks clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Maintain day-to-day client engineering relationships.
  • Support client satisfaction and repeat business through consistent, high-quality technical delivery and communication.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Travel as required for project coordination, site visits, or client meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
  • 7-10 years of experience in electrical substation engineering or related power systems design.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical execution of projects with minimal oversight.
  • Advanced knowledge of substation design principles, standards, and engineering practices.
  • Strong engineering judgment, including the ability to assess risk and make sound technical decisions.
  • Proven experience performing and reviewing complex engineering calculations and design packages.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and project deliverables effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
