Job description

Job Summary:

Performs routine analyses using Electronic Engineering tools and standard instruments and test equipment, while positively impacting the organization's performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operates analytical instruments and equipment and performs physical analysis in support of production and non-production engineering, quality, and manufacturing groups. Acquires and interprets data and documents results; provides written results in a laboratory or technical report format when appropriate. Develops and documents laboratory methods. Performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repair of instruments and equipment. Understands and applies appropriate company and department rules and guidelines to work. Works with and trains apprentices, trainees, and technicians. Interfaces with customers, suppliers, engineers, and other functions. Coordinates programs including planning, scheduling, ordering, and tracking. Participates in the maintenance of quality procedures and work instructions. Participates in improvement projects. Develops and gives presentations to customers and suppliers. Participates in self- and team-audits and associated corrective action. Product Software Design and Construction - Constructs product software using industry best practices and robust software engineering principles; verifies software updates to ensure quality products.
Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience in an appropriate STEM field is required.
Regionally applicable certification or two year Associates Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study may be required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
