Summary of Position

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer with strong experience in both backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Java backend development and modern UI development using React. This role will work across the full stack to build scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications.

Your Role
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using Java.
  • Build responsive and modern frontend applications using React.
  • Develop and integrate APIs and web services.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
  • Support application scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Work with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Stay current with modern development tools and technologies.
Required Skills

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$68,911 to $161,544 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
