The Role

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Regional Director, GTM – Germany to lead our commercial growth across the German market.

This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for driving enterprise sales, developing strategic customer relationships, and accelerating Higgsfield's expansion across Germany. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to introduce the world's leading organizations to the future of AI‑powered creative technology.

The ideal candidate has a successful track record selling enterprise software into sophisticated organizations, understands complex buying environments, and is excited to help define the commercial strategy for one of the fastest‑growing AI companies in the world.

This position is based in Germany.

What You'll DoDrive Revenue Growth
  • Own the Germany territory and achieve aggressive revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans across enterprise customers.
  • Manage full sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Build Executive Relationships
  • Develop trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders across enterprise organizations.
  • Lead strategic customer conversations around AI transformation, creative workflows, and business value.
  • Represent Higgsfield at industry events, executive meetings, and customer engagements.
Partner Cross‑Functionally
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Legal throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Provide customer insights that influence product development and go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Support customer expansion and long‑term account success.
Expand Higgsfield's Presence
  • Build Higgsfield's reputation across the German AI, media, advertising, and enterprise technology ecosystem.
  • Develop relationships with key industry partners and influencers.
  • Serve as the voice of the German market internally.
What We're Looking For
  • 8–12 years of enterprise SaaS, AI, cloud, MarTech, AdTech, or related technology sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding enterprise revenue targets.
  • Experience selling to large enterprise organizations with complex procurement and legal processes.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the German enterprise market.
  • Ability to develop territory strategy and execute independently.
  • Strong collaboration across globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Experience selling AI, generative AI, creative technology, marketing technology, advertising technology, or media platforms.
  • Existing relationships with enterprise organizations, agencies, media companies, or strategic partners across Germany.
  • Experience at a high‑growth venture‑backed startup.
  • Familiarity with PLG and enterprise sales models.
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
