Turing is looking for candidates with strong experience in software development, programming, and system design.

Role overview:
  • In this role, you will contribute to projects that help evaluate and enhance AI systems using your software engineering expertise and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • No prior AI experience is required.
  • These projects will help you explore how AI can be leveraged to improve software reasoning, coding accuracy, and development efficiency.
What does day-to-day look like:
  • Design and solve real-world software engineering and algorithmic problems to test AI reasoning.
  • Write clear, step-by-step coding solutions across data structures, APIs, debugging, and optimization techniques.
  • Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to software design principles.
  • Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of code generation, problem-solving, and real-world development workflows.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Engineer, or Programmer.
  • Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or Go.
  • Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and agile development methodologies preferred.
