About the Role

The client is looking for experienced Project Managers to lead complex construction, infrastructure, or technology-enabled development projects. The successful candidate will oversee planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and successful delivery while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

Manage projects from initiation through completion.

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Lead cross-functional project teams.

Coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Track project progress and resolve issues proactively.

Manage project risks and mitigation plans.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Prepare executive-level project status reports.

Oversee change management and contract administration.

Deliver projects on time and within budget.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.

7–15 years of project management experience.

Experience managing large commercial or infrastructure projects.
