We're seeking a highly motivated student intern to work in an individual contributor (IC) role for the Data and Analytics team. This role is both hands-on and serves to meet timelines and quality requirements. The candidate will assist with building a functional Analytics Center of Excellence practice in both custom and purchased platform environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into effective designs and development specifications
  • Responsible for helping transform Data into - > Information -> Knowledge - > Business Decisions
  • Responsible for streamlining dataflow pipelines across various programs and products
  • Responsible for identifying trends and patterns in data leading to increased effectiveness of digital programs
  • Responsible for Data related documentation and visual communications
  • Actively seeks to learn and takes guidance from other delivery and operations team members
  • Support Snowflake services and warehouse

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer/Software Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in data-related technologies and architecture
  • Experience with Snowflake DB (programming knowledge using Snowflake, SnowSight and Snowpipes) is a plus
  • Experience in the use of machine learning methods - for example, linear regression, correlation, and statistical modeling
  • Experience in writing complex, highly optimized SQL queries
  • Experience in managing the Data pipelines
  • Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics experience is an advantage
  • Prescriptive/predictive analytics experience is an advantage
