Job Description
SDET manager manages and leads QA and SDET resources during application analysis, test strategy development, test case creation, automation framework design and development, automated script development, test execution, defect tracking and reporting. The candidate will manage the effort to implement test engineering best practices and solutions and may also be required to train end users.ย
Expertise in developing automated tests for Web, SOA/WS, DW/ETL, JAVA backend applicationsย
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall software development modelsย
Expertise in automation tools: Selenium (primary), HP UFTย
Expertise in test frameworks: Cucumber, JUnit, Mockitoย
Proficiency in applying TDD, ATDD/BDDย
Expertise in programming languages: JAVA (primary), JavaScriptย
Proficiency with build tools: SVN, Crucible, Maven, Jenkinsย
Strong SQL skills in Oracleย
Strong Unix and Windows skillsย
