Job Description:
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with various teams to manage the backlog
• Update and maintain requirements and documentation traceability (Business Requirement
• Document/ADO/ServiceNow)
• Assist with product requirement testing and monitoring reported defects
• Test and evaluate business processes to recommend improvements
• Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
• Analyze process deficiencies and bottlenecks to make improvements
• Execute well-thought-out solutions and plans to improve product efficiencies
• Assist with project management responsibilities
• Identify automation opportunities
