At BelRed Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, we've proudly served homeowners throughout the greater Seattle area for more than 35+ years. Our reputation has been built on exceptional service, expert craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing what's right for our customers and our team. We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Electrical Coordinator to help keep our Electrical Department running efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Position Summary

The Electrical Coordinator serves as the operational hub of the Electrical Department by coordinating schedules, supporting technicians, communicating with customers, and ensuring jobs move seamlessly from booking through completion. This role works closely with Electrical Manager, electricians, dispatch, warehouse, and customer service to maximize technician productivity while providing world-class customer service.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate daily schedules for electricians and apprentices to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule service calls, estimates, warranty work, maintenance visits, and installations.
  • Communicate appointment confirmations, schedule changes, and arrival windows with customers.
  • Review completed work orders for accuracy and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Order and track materials for upcoming electrical projects.
  • Coordinate permits, inspections, and utility requirements when applicable.
  • Support technicians with job information, equipment needs, and schedule adjustments throughout the day.
  • Monitor technician availability and proactively fill open schedule gaps.
  • Work closely with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and administrative reporting.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM and dispatch software.
  • Help manage warranty claims and manufacturer documentation.
  • Support departmental projects and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of scheduling, dispatching, project coordination, or service coordination experience.
  • Experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home services preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/CRM software.
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and make sound decisions independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience coordinating residential electrical service or installation teams.
  • Knowledge of permitting and inspection processes.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software.
  • Experience supporting multiple field technicians simultaneously.
